Coachable
Coachable is a web-based program editor, team management system, and athlete dashboard for strength coaches. Its AI assistant accepts plain-English requests for program changes; coaches can review suggestions, apply them with one click, or undo them. The editor supports drag-and-drop programming, copying sessions or weeks, automatic weight calculations from percentages or RPE, and smart complexes. Coaches can assign a template to multiple athletes, with updates and recalculated weights applied to those athletes. Blueprint Builder can scaffold periodized blocks, while charts show volume, intensity, exercise distribution, and planned versus actual performance. Athletes log workouts through a mobile-friendly dashboard and submit ratings for fatigue, motivation, and performance, along with notes. Coaches can connect Stripe for subscriptions, recurring billing, refunds, and revenue analytics. The free plan is free and covers one team with up to 15 active athletes. Pro costs $20 a month, and Premium costs $145 a month; both include a 30-day free trial.
Grix
Grix is web software for independent coaches to manage clients, bookings, sessions, reminders and payment tracking. Clients can book through a public link without making an account or installing an app. The calendar supports drag-and-drop scheduling, conflict detection and time-zone management. Email reminders go out the evening before sessions on every plan; Plus and Pro also send one about an hour before, while Grix does not send automated texts. Coaches can track payment status, and the service says it takes no commission on payments. Plus and Pro add one-click payment requests by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Confirmation emails include calendar invitations for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, although Google Calendar synchronization is not yet available to all accounts. Grix runs in a phone browser and can be added to the home screen. Its free plan supports up to 10 active clients and two booking links; Plus allows 25 active clients, and Pro has unlimited clients. Paid plans are listed from €7.99/mo, while the plan details also list yearly amounts of 6.39 EUR for Plus and 15.99 EUR for Pro.
