CoachHub provides digital coaching for organizations, combining human, AI, and hybrid coaching for leaders, managers, high-potential employees, and the wider workforce. Participants can schedule 45-minute sessions through the platform and access their coaching experience with iOS and Android apps. CoachHub says its network includes more than 3,500 certified coaches across 90+ countries, with coaching in over 80 languages. Its AI matching algorithm considers participant preferences, coach profiles, and historical matching insights; CoachHub states a 98% match rate. AIMY offers on-demand coaching for goals and everyday challenges, including video role plays and progress tracking. Program managers can use CoachHub Insights for real-time analytics on engagement, performance, and coaching impact. Integration options named by CoachHub include Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Teams, alongside an open API approach. CoachHub states that it is ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 Type 2 certified and hosts data in Germany for GDPR sovereignty.
