Satori is an online client management platform for coaching-service providers, with tools for scheduling, onboarding, programs, client access, payments, and business reporting. Coaches can offer appointment booking and self-scheduling, set flexible availability, send session reminders, and handle timezone conversion. Onboarding features include one-touch enrollment, agreement templates, personalized proposals, and custom branding. Programs can combine multiple sessions with intake forms, check-ins, and progress tracking; a client portal shows clients their program and schedule. Satori accepts online credit-card and PayPal payments, and standard PayPal and Stripe transaction fees may apply. Calendar connections include Google, Apple, or Outlook; the feature list specifically names Google Calendar Sync. The business dashboard covers sales, future revenue, and current engagements, while the coaching log can report hours for ICF certification.
