In their own words

CoachRx

CoachRx is a coaching system for individual design coaches to assess clients, build programs, and run a coaching business. Program design includes macro, micro, and meso cycle planning, periodization, and a calendar. Its Coaching Index contains over 2,000 exercise video demonstrations, and the company says its 14-day free trial includes access to more than 60 program templates. A shared app for coaches and clients supports workout tracking, updates, and communication. Lifestyle Rx covers lifestyle and nutrition programs, with client compliance tracked in an integrated calendar; listed integrations include Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Cronometer. CoachRx says it does not pull HRV from Apple Health. RxBot is included as an AI coaching assistant. Business tools include Stripe-integrated billing, storefronts, sales pages, group programs, contracts, waivers, organization accounts, and payroll features. The service runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Annual plans are listed at $25 a month for 1–5 clients, $67 a month for 6–50, and $169 a month for 51–150.

FitPros.io

FitPros.io is a personal-training platform for coaches who build programs, manage clients, and deliver a client app. Its workout builder supports drag-and-drop programming, reusable templates, plans that progress across weeks, and assignments to individuals or groups. Coaches can draw on a library of more than 1,000 exercises with HD video demonstrations or add custom exercises. Clients can log workouts, upload progress photos, record measurements, track habits, and comment in the app, which is available on iOS, Android, and the web as a progressive web app without an app-store download. Stripe Connect supports one-time program purchases and recurring monthly subscriptions; FitPros says there are no caps on program packages, sales, or revenue. The free plan includes unlimited clients, workout building, client apps, a website builder, forms, and habit tracking. Paid plans start at $29/mo (annual). The app needs internet access to sync workouts, load videos, and send messages. FitPros says data is stored in the United States on Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure with TLS encryption.
