CoachRx
CoachRx is a coaching system for individual design coaches to assess clients, build programs, and run a coaching business. Program design includes macro, micro, and meso cycle planning, periodization, and a calendar. Its Coaching Index contains over 2,000 exercise video demonstrations, and the company says its 14-day free trial includes access to more than 60 program templates. A shared app for coaches and clients supports workout tracking, updates, and communication. Lifestyle Rx covers lifestyle and nutrition programs, with client compliance tracked in an integrated calendar; listed integrations include Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Cronometer. CoachRx says it does not pull HRV from Apple Health. RxBot is included as an AI coaching assistant. Business tools include Stripe-integrated billing, storefronts, sales pages, group programs, contracts, waivers, organization accounts, and payroll features. The service runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Annual plans are listed at $25 a month for 1–5 clients, $67 a month for 6–50, and $169 a month for 51–150.
Happy Scale
Happy Scale tracks weight trends by smoothing daily scale readings with moving averages, helping users distinguish progress from day-to-day fluctuation. It lets users divide a weight goal into smaller milestones and estimates future weights and the time to reach a target from current trends. The app can import and export weight entries through Apple Health when permission is granted; Apple Health is not available on iPad. Health data stays on the device by default, so a server login is not needed to record or retrieve it. Dropbox sync and backup are optional, and the app accesses only its own Happy Scale folder. Profiles can be passcode-protected. The maker says it will not share personal or health data without permission and that analytics exclude health data and personally identifiable information. Happy Scale is free with in-app upgrades. Deluxe costs $1.99 a month, $11.99 a year, or 39.99 USD once. It supports iPhone and iPad with iOS 16 or later, and Apple silicon Macs with macOS 14 or later.
