Its modules cover recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, HRIS, time and attendance, leave, workflows, manager services and employee self-service. Recruitment includes applicant tracking; performance tools cover goals, appraisals, feedback, training management and pay-for-performance. Strategic HR capabilities include succession and workforce planning, compensation, organizational alignment and employee satisfaction surveys. A REST-style API connects purchased or enabled modules with third-party applications such as SAP, ERP, e-commerce systems and self-service portals. The product offers mobile access, including a mobile-friendly employee portal with quick approvals, and runs on web, Android, iOS and API. Empxtrack describes security measures including two-factor authentication, encrypted data, audit trails and GDPR compliance. It also lists HTTPS, real-time backups and dynamic failover.
