ThriveSparrow Rewards Marketplace helps companies manage employee recognition rewards using automated gift cards tailored by location. Its catalog includes more than 900 gift cards across more than 80 countries. Administrators can define reward criteria for automatic distribution, then set denominations, conversion rates, and total allocations by region. Rewards draw on a wallet: if its balance is too low, a reward remains pending until funds are added, and administrators receive a notification. The product also describes Wallet Recharge and an option to set the exchange rate between Kudos points and real-world currency. Named integrations include Slack and Google Workspace; ThriveSparrow also describes connections with Workspace, HRMS, payroll, and other software for syncing employee data.
