In their own words
CoderPad
CoderPad is online technical assessment software for screening and interviewing engineers. Its browser-based live coding pad lets interviewers and candidates write, run, and debug code together; take-home projects can be scored with automated test cases. The features page lists support for 42+ languages and frameworks. Hiring teams can use skills and custom assessments, proctoring, benchmarking, advanced reporting, and API access. Integrations include applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Gem, and Tellent; pads can also be created and linked from Google Calendar or a Chrome extension. Listed AI tools include AI Assist in the pad, prompt capture and playback, and agentic runs with Claude Code and Codex. CoderPad says it has a SOC 2 Type 2 report, conducts annual external penetration testing, encrypts data with AES256, and uses at least TLS 1.2 for web communications. It states GDPR and CCPA compliance. There is no free plan; a 14-day trial is available. Pricing starts at $80/mo (annual).
CodeTogether
CodeTogether helps organizations track the cost and value of AI-assisted software work, with real-time collaboration across IDEs. It records AI spending and human time in IDEs, terminals, and agent sessions, then assigns a price and value to delivered pull requests and calculates value per dollar. Teams can code, debug, and review together, joining from an IDE or browser. Plugins are listed for VS Code, IntelliJ-based IDEs, Eclipse, and Visual Studio; a plugin can track agentic command-line tools running inside that IDE. CodeTogether is offered as SaaS or for on-premises deployment inside a private network. Starter costs $10 a month per developer for up to 25 developers, while Business costs $49 a month per developer for unlimited team size; both list a 10% discount for annual licenses. Enterprise pricing is by custom quote. A free plan and free trial are listed. CodeTogether requires SSO for authentication. Its AI documentation currently lists only GitHub as a source-control connector, without Bitbucket, GitLab, or Azure DevOps connectors. The company says it does not store code or train on customer data.
