CodeTwo Exchange Migration vs EdbMails Exchange Migration Tool

CodeTwo Exchange Migration is a server application for moving mailboxes and public folders into on-premises Exchange Server Subscription Edition. Sources include earlier Exchange versions, Microsoft 365, hosted Exchange and IMAP systems. Exchange Server 2013 and newer can move directly to Subscription Edition. The software supports cross-forest and cross-domain moves, staged and hybrid migrations, and delta passes that copy new items without duplicating migrated ones. IMAP sources include Google Workspace, HCL Notes, Rackspace, Zimbra, Kopano and Kerio Connect. Administrators can schedule jobs, filter by time or folder, choose item types and monitor detailed reports. Installation runs in the customer environment without third-party migration tools or cloud services. Connections are encrypted, and Microsoft 365 uses OAuth 2.0 without storing credentials. Calendar and contact migration are supported; tenant-to-tenant moves are not. A 30-day trial is available, while paid licenses include support and updates.
