SimpleMindMap

SimpleMindMap is a customizable mind-mapping tool for web, Windows, macOS, and Linux. It supports 15 structure types, including logic charts, timelines, fishbone diagrams, and tables. Nodes can hold images, attachments, formulas, and tags, and the product includes more than 100 themes. Users can configure an AI model for one-click map generation, node continuation, and AI-created themes. The maker says maps are stored locally and the software can be used fully offline; real-time collaboration and presentation mode are also supported. Import options include XMind, Markdown, and XLSX, while export formats include PNG, PDF, SVG, XMind, Mermaid, HTML, JSON, Markdown, TXT, XLSX, and FreeMind. WebDAV can be configured to synchronize files across devices. The desktop version adds local file management, history rollback, outline editing and printing, zen mode, and a minimap. Other options include an Obsidian plugin with node backlinks and a UTools plugin. The maker describes the early core library as open source. The web version is positioned for light use and the desktop version for deeper use; listed plan prices are not provided.
