Cogran connects program registration, facility reservations, memberships, sports, attendance, communications, payments and reporting for recreation organizations. Registration tools handle forms, waivers, eligibility rules, discounts, online payments and waitlists. Facility management covers availability, time slots, overnight bookings, rental requests and calendars. Memberships support renewals and member pricing, while sports tools link registration to team and coach assignments, schedules and standings. Communication features include group email and text, confirmations, reminders and branded email templates; reports and charts support oversight. Cogran works with Stripe, with standard online card processing listed at approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction; actual rates may vary. It says it does not store card numbers in its database. Plans are priced by annual registration volume, with camp tiers listed up to 2,500 registrations and recreation tiers up to 26,000 annual activity volume; higher volumes receive a tailored proposal.
