Free-plan online payments carry a 1% platform fee on cards or 1.5% total on bank payments, capped at $30 per payment including Stripe’s fee; manual payments have no platform or Stripe fee. Colara offers an AI timeline builder and assistant, and connects with QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Zapier, Make, and webhooks. Its free iPhone and iPad app is available on the App Store. The free Starter plan supports unlimited guests and includes one contributor, five AI planner messages, and the ability to hear one guest book message. Premium costs 19.99 GBP as a one-time purchase for one wedding; it adds unlimited contributors, an AI wedding assistant, guest photo and video sharing, and access to every voice guest book message. ForeverAfter says it does not sell personal data or use wedding data for advertising. Guest photos and videos are deleted three months after the wedding, while account and wedding data remain until the account is deleted. Support is available by email or in-app, and the team aims to reply within 1–2 business days.
