The Lease Toolkit
The Lease Toolkit is web-based commercial real estate software for lease administration. Users create abstract plans, enter key lease terms, search and compare provisions, and generate reports. Lease administration tools include tenant communications, rent collection policies, critical-date reminders, task management, notices, and compliance-document handling for insurance certificates, HVAC contracts, gross sales, and other records. Lease data is kept in a unified database with real-time syncing for team collaboration. Users enter information manually with shortcut tools; abstracts are not generated automatically. The maker describes concierge onboarding by lease administration experts, help establishing an abstract plan, and phone or email support. Each abstraction license includes two read-only licenses. Budget and reconciliation tools, including expense allocation and recovery-loss testing, are marked Coming Soon. Accounting and payment functions such as bill approval, electronic payments, banking imports, and automated accounting are also Coming Soon. Pricing is on request, and license availability is described as highly limited.
