Colourlab Ai is software for real-time color grading, look design, and film emulation. Its Balance feature sets exposure, white balance, and contrast as a neutral baseline, while Match with SMH adjusts shadows, midtones, and highlights separately. Styles carry grading instructions across related shots, and AI look search returns ranked results from a library based on a written description. Colourlab AI 4 says its matching, analysis, and looks run locally on Mac rather than in the cloud. It connects with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer through OpenTimelineIO; the homepage also lists support for more than 40 camera brands. The maker says Colourlab metadata sits above the image file and does not permanently change it. A free public beta requires an Apple Silicon Mac.
