UniFi
UniFi is a business process automation platform for finance and other departments, aimed at mid-market and enterprise organisations. Its no-code builder and process engine let users create and customise business applications. For accounting workflows, it can capture data when a process begins and send journal transactions to a finance system. Middleware, data connectors and an open API link business systems, while its Excel add-in moves data between spreadsheets and UniFi in real time. Listed uses include purchasing, sales, financial accounting, reporting, expenses and travel, compliance, asset management, and budgeting and forecasting. It is available on Android, iOS and the web, and provides an API. UniFi states that it is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, with annual independent audits. Full User pricing is £9 per user per month, billed annually, and includes 300GB of storage per user shared across users and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. A Credit User costs £3.50 per submission, with a minimum of 10 credits per month and a 12-month subscription.
