CommunityCliQ is a web platform for employee resource groups, identity networks, and affinity groups. It is aimed at HR and talent development leaders, DEI leaders, and community or ERG leaders. Administrators and ERG leaders can create multi-level groups, chapters, and regional groups, monitor membership growth, organize events, and manage budgets. Organizations can set their own branding, terminology, and success measures, then measure ERG impact against leadership-selected KPIs. Supported networks include women’s, veteran, Black employee, and LGBTQ+ groups. MentorcliQ says CommunityCliQ supports more than 1,600 global employee resource groups. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Office 365, Teams, Slack, Outlook, Google Calendars, and Zoom, with custom API connections available. Customer IT teams can work with integration specialists on configuration and testing. The vendor says data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by multifactor authentication, and subject to annual third-party penetration testing.
