Competitors

Competitors is a web service for monitoring products and competitor pricing. It tracks SKUs, matches competitor listings to a catalog using attributes, images, and text similarity, and offers a Smart Match queue for reviewing suggested links. Alerts identify competitor price changes and out-of-stock products. Reports show low, high, and average prices in color-coded tables, with Excel, CSV, and XML formats and scheduled email delivery. Catalogs can be imported through Excel, CSV, REST APIs, or GraphQL APIs, with saved mappings for later updates. Pricing rules and formulas generate price recommendations, and automatic repricing can be integrated. Roles and approvals direct price changes for review and keep an audit trail. Checks run daily on Starter and hourly on Growth; Enterprise supports custom frequencies or on-demand checks through its API. A free plan and 14-day trial are listed. Starter costs $49 a month for up to 500 SKUs and three competitors; Growth costs $149 a month for up to 10,000 SKUs and unlimited competitors.

VantageDash

VantageDash tracks competitor prices and matches competing products to a seller’s catalogue for comparison. Users add a competitor’s store URL, and the service reads publicly shown products, variants and prices. Its AI compares names, categories, sizes and price ranges; uncertain matches are shown for review. It can compare prices per unit when pack sizes differ. Analytics include price trend charts, competitor heatmaps and automated insights. Supported store types include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Ecwid and custom-built shops. Scout is free at free and covers 3 competitors and 50 products, with up to 5 manually started price checks per month. Basecamp costs $19 a month and includes 10 competitors, 200 products and checks every 48 hours. Vantage adds Slack and email alerts, and teams can collaborate in a shared workspace with role-based permissions. The service says it supports stores in any country and reads local price formats and product names in any language. Some sites block automated visits, so products there can be added by hand.
