ComplianceBridge Policy Management

ComplianceBridge Policy Management supports policies from drafting and review through approval, publication, distribution, acknowledgment, and revision. Organizations can tailor workflows by group, department, or location, then automate review steps, notifications, approvals, and reminders. Teams collaborate on a central document using Microsoft 365, Google Docs, PDF, or an HTML editor. The system records read receipts, acknowledgments, and attestations, and can test comprehension with multiple-choice, open-ended, true/false, and yes/no questions. Dashboards show policy views, test results, and acknowledgments; users can build and export custom reports. The product states that documents, users, actions, and system events are never deleted. Each customer receives a dedicated database, with regular penetration testing and daily backups on U.S. servers. Subscriptions include a dedicated Client Success Manager and training. Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers are listed, with tier-specific category limits and training allocations; optional items include single sign-on, Active Directory authentication, and an open API. There is no free plan, and prices are available on request. The cloud-based service is accessed through internet-connected browsers across desktop and mobile platforms.

OpenGRC

OpenGRC is a web application for cyber governance, risk and compliance aimed at small and midsized businesses and teams. It covers risk management, controls and implementations, audits, vendor management, incident response and project management. Audit workflows handle evidence requests, progress tracking and report generation. Vendor assessments can use a dedicated portal, customizable questionnaires and weighted scoring. Listed frameworks include NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMC and PCI DSS. The platform has no third-party integrations built in, but provides a REST API; the API limit is 60 requests per minute per user, or per IP for unauthenticated requests. Enterprise includes AI risk assessments, automated vendor survey responses and AI gap assessments. The free Community edition is self-hosted and requires a web server and database server. Enterprise Basic costs $4,500 per year, while Enterprise Enhanced costs $7,500 per year. Hosted plans state a 99.5% monthly uptime commitment and say customer data is not used to train AI models.
