In their own words
ComplyLet
ComplyLet is a property compliance and records service for self-managing landlords in England, combining certificate tracking, document storage, deadline reminders, compliance services, and finance and insurance introductions. It tracks Gas Safety Certificates, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms, How to Rent guides, and deposit protection. Landlords can keep certificates, tenancy paperwork, inspection records, mortgage offers, and insurance policies in an encrypted location. Email reminders cover compliance deadlines and mortgage or landlord insurance renewals. Users can request Gas Safety Certificates, EICR, PAT testing, EPC assessments, Legionella risk assessments, and fire risk assessments. ComplyLet also introduces landlords to mortgage and bridging finance partners, and to insurance partners for buildings, rent protection, liability, and life cover; it says it charges no fee for mortgage introductions. The product is designed for buy-to-let, HMO, and small portfolio landlords, not letting agents or large housing organisations. Early access is free, though pricing may be introduced later with advance notice. Continued free use requires sharing ComplyLet on two social media channels and adding at least one property.
Riskhub
Riskhub is a cloud-based platform for storing and sharing property compliance data. Property managers get a central view of properties, compliance status, actions, and updates. Its inspection workflows run from scheduling through remediation, with assessors and contractors providing updates and reports. Service providers can create workflows and custom forms, manage operations in a portal, and publish client reports. Reporting features include drawing mark-up, pre-filled templates, photographic evidence, optional two-stage validation, and real-time client access. iOS and Android apps support inspections; Riskhub Mobile also supports fire safety assessments, action tracking, and offline capability. Residents can use a self-service portal at any time to find fire safety information, emergency contacts, and evacuation strategies, while organisations can view portal usage analytics. APIs connect third-party systems for real-time retrieval and updates. Compliance records remain available for historical reference and audit. Riskhub is presented for property managers, service providers, and resident engagement. It runs on web, iOS, and Android, with API access.
