In their own words
ComplyTrain
ComplyTrain is a web compliance platform for regulated industries, bringing together quality management, controlled documents, training, risk, suppliers, and tenders. Its AI agents can draft content and suggest changes, but a person must review and approve documents; AI suggestions cannot approve them. Document Control includes version control, approval, and branded Word or PDF export. Training Management assigns learning by role or rule and keeps per-learner evidence intended to demonstrate understanding. Integrations include SharePoint, Google Drive, and webhooks; OneDrive and Dropbox are planned, while native Teams and Slack connectors are next. The maker says data is encrypted and hosted in the EU by default, with separate database schemas, identity pools, and storage buckets for each customer. Enterprise can be deployed on an EU-based cloud provider or on-premise in a customer environment. The Free plan costs nothing and is limited to one standard, one knowledge base, one user, and up to five QMS/IMS documents. Professional costs €500 a month. ComplyTrain says it helps customers manage compliance but is not itself certified to the standards it supports.
Emtrain
Emtrain provides workplace compliance training alongside workplace culture analytics. Its platform includes more than 160 courses and microlessons and over 500 workplace video scenes. Lessons use dialogue and social polling, while AuthorAI lets organizations assemble custom learning experiences. Emtrain says its analytics measure workplace social dynamics, benchmark culture and offer research-based recommendations. Compliance features include rules-based campaigns, audit reports, expert Q&A, time-keeping, native-language support and certificates. Connections include HRIS and LMS systems, Slack, Webex by Cisco and a direct Workday integration for training management, completions and reporting; Microsoft Teams is listed as coming soon. Courses support SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 third and fourth editions, and xAPI. Emtrain describes access across mobile, tablet and desktop devices, with nearly 27 languages. Plans have no free option or trial: Basic is $50 a year, Standard is $60 a year and Premium is $75 a year, each with a 100-user minimum. Centerstage Library is $199 a month.
