Compport is an AI-native platform for planning and managing employee compensation, with workflows for merit cycles, bonuses, pay equity, long-term and sales incentives, total rewards statements, candidate offer letters and HR analytics. Organizations can configure plans, workflows and rules for complex global operations. Data can enter through bulk uploads, APIs or SFTP, with validation and reverse integration for approved results. Listed native, bi-directional API integrations include Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, Darwinbox, UKG and BambooHR. Compport records calculations and overrides in a timestamped audit trail. Its total rewards statements draw on compensation data and are available through an employee self-service portal; the platform does not handle benefits enrollment or administration.
