EquiView
EquiView is Charles Schwab’s web platform for administering and recording company stock plans for public and private companies. It supports stock options, ESPP, performance awards, restricted stock units, and cash awards, with advanced vesting rules. A dashboard presents plan metrics, real-time updates, and attention notifications. Teams can build reports from hundreds of fields, schedule delivery, and support financial reporting under ASC 718 and IFRS 2. Rules-based mobility recordkeeping helps automate withholding calculations for employees working across jurisdictions. The Modeler supplies a replica database for testing changes without affecting production data. Audit records timestamp updates and identify who made them. EquiView can integrate with existing systems, including ADP and Workday, through secure file transfers. Participants can view and transact awards through a multilingual interface and mobile app. Pricing is all-inclusive with one clear price, but the amount is available on request.
