PlayerConnect is a web platform combining bookings, card payments, memberships and front-of-house operations for sports and activity venues. It supports driving ranges, golf courses, tennis and padel clubs, and multi-sport facilities offering pickleball, badminton, bowls and mini golf. Booking models include bays and other resources, court timetables, golf tee sheets and capacity-based sessions. Customers can view live availability, select a bay or court, add extras and pay by card, including through guest checkout. Staff manage walk-ins, phone bookings, check-ins, no-shows, cancellations and refunds from a shared schedule. Venues can set prices by player type, duration and peak or off-peak period, and offer automatically billed memberships with discounts, guest passes or earlier booking windows. Reports show bookings, revenue and utilisation by day, activity and resource. Multi-location businesses use one staff console with role-based access.
