Conga CLM is a cloud-based contract management service that covers the lifecycle from initial request and drafting through negotiation, signing, storage, obligation reporting, and renewal. Legal, sales, and procurement teams can use a centralized searchable repository for contracts and related documents. Creation tools include approved templates, a clause library, guided requests, and conditional clauses. Teams can collaborate in real time and track changes; AI can assess third-party contracts for risks and departures from standard clauses. Configurable approvals, delegation, approval groups, audit trails, and electronic signatures support review and execution. Conga describes additional AI tools for extracting contract data, summarizing agreements, and answering contract questions, alongside dashboards and alerts for compliance and workflow metrics.
