connectDaily is an online calendar and resource-management system for scheduling events, people, vehicles, equipment, and rooms. Its church edition can schedule rooms, vehicles, and equipment while preventing double-booking. Events can recur daily, weekly, monthly, or on chosen dates with exceptions. Resource management supports unlimited rooms, vehicles, and other resources, including setup and teardown events. Users can subscribe to calendars and view schedules on desktop or mobile devices. The system sends reminders by email or SMS, as well as automatic approval and request messages; an audit trail records event changes and who made them. It imports and exports iCalendar, CSV, JSON, and RSS 2.0 XML events. Integrations include WordPress and Joomla plugins, Facebook and Twitter publishing, recurring Google Calendar imports, and imports from EventBrite and BrownPaperTicket. Deployment options include a Windows installer, a standalone WAR for several application servers, and WordPress or Joomla extensions. A free plan includes one calendar and one user.
