Consolidation.app
Consolidation.app is a web workspace for controlled group reporting across entities. Its guided close workflow moves from collecting entity packages through mapping, intercompany matching, explanations, proposed eliminations, and approvals. Packages can record the period, currency, source ledger, owner, and validation status. Mappings relate local accounts and dimensions to the group chart, with ownership visible; receivables and payables are paired by entity, counterparty, currency, document, and period. The workflow preserves reviewer decisions and open limitations, and holds group output until accountable reviewers resolve exceptions and accept the reporting package. People remain responsible for confirming source completeness, settling policy choices, evaluating explanations, and approving postings and close. The public preview is illustrative: it does not post entries, operate a live close, validate accounting conclusions, or produce financial statements. The site describes security measures including Secure HttpOnly session cookies and organization-scoped PostgreSQL Row Level Security, while cautioning that these claims are not a certification, penetration-test attestation, compliance guarantee, or customer-specific review. Enterprise controls, recovery objectives, incident terms, and production-data scope require a signed agreement. Pricing is on request.
Control
Control connects accounting systems and consolidates financial reporting for single companies and multi-entity groups. It provides live profit-and-loss, balance-sheet, and cash-flow statements with drill-down to source transactions. Group reporting supports currency translation, CTA, intercompany eliminations, and group account structures. Planning covers budgets, forecast versions, and variance analysis while preserving approved plans. Integrations include Netvisor, Procountor, Fortnox, Visma eEkonomi, Tripletex, e-conomic, Xero, QuickBooks, Xledger, NetSuite, and Odoo; Stripe supplies billing and payment data, while CSV imports cover other systems. Syncs run at least daily, with on-demand refresh and re-syncs for backdated entries or restatements. Control exposes structured financial data through MCP to compatible tools. It is available by web and API. Pricing starts at €99/month for qualifying early companies, with plans up to €999/month.
