In their own words
ContactsPlus
ContactsPlus is a contact manager and personal CRM for syncing, deduplicating, enriching, and backing up contacts across accounts. Two-way sync is available with Google, iCloud, and Microsoft/Outlook. It can add details such as job titles, companies, photos, and social profiles using publicly available data, and its scanner transcribes business cards and other images containing contact details into saved contacts. Premium adds duplicate detection and merging, plus six months of activity history with one-click undo. Teams includes a shared address book, roles, shared notes, and up to 50 team members. The Free plan costs nothing and includes one synced account, 1,000 contacts, and daily sync. Premium is $13.99 a month, with annual billing listed as $119.88 billed yearly or $9.99/mo billed annually. Teams is $17.99 a month, with annual billing listed as $155.88/user billed yearly or $12.99/user/mo billed annually. Apps are available for web, iOS, and Android, with developer APIs for contacts, business card scanning, and caller ID.
HeyDrop
HeyDrop combines digital business cards, contact scanning, and CRM connections for networking on Android, iOS, and the web. Cards can be shared through Wallet passes, QR codes, links, NFC, AirDrop, email signatures, SMS, or social channels, and recipients do not need an app. The AI Contact Scanner reads business cards, event badges, and QR codes, extracts details, and can enrich fields with public data. Contacts support tags, reminders, and two-way syncing with iOS and Android contacts. HubSpot synchronization is live; CSV or Excel export and Zapier are described, while native Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Pipedrive connectors are on the roadmap. Team administration includes a web panel, brand controls, bulk CSV import, role-based access, and centralized cards. HeyDrop says it does not show who viewed a card. The Starter plan is free; paid plans include Small Teams at $2.99 a month and Medium Teams at $1.99 a month, with other listed plans and features varying by tier.
