In their own words
ContractAI
ContractAI brings contract drafting, review, negotiation, signing, and management into one workspace. Users describe an agreement in plain language and receive a structured draft; the service says generation takes under 30 seconds. Its AI reviews clauses, assigns severity levels, and suggests fixes in plain English. For negotiation, users can paste a contract and request tracked counter-proposals from buyer, seller, or employee perspectives. Built-in signatures include audit trails, IP logging, and timestamps, and signers do not need accounts. ContractAI lists 185 templates and generation in eight languages. Documents can be exported to DOCX, PDF, or HTML. The service runs on the web, through an API, or as a self-hosted deployment; Pro and Enterprise include REST API access and seven webhook events. The Free plan allows three contracts and ten AI generations per month. Pro costs $39 a month when billed annually, or $49 per month when billed monthly. The site says contract data is not used to train AI models and is removed when an account is deleted.
QuickClause
QuickClause is a web-based AI legal-document platform for drafting agreements under Indian jurisdictions. It generates documents such as NDAs, employment contracts, and sale deeds, with exports to Word or PDF. The advertised library contains more than 100 document types, including rent and service agreements, IP assignments, and affidavits. QuickClause says it supports all 28 Indian states and eight Union Territories, applying provisions for the selected jurisdiction. An in-app editor lets users change clauses, add provisions, or remove sections; its AI assistant flags edits that may create legal inconsistencies. The service says documents align with the Indian Contract Act, applicable state stamp-duty laws, and amendments including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It states that data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, content is not used to train AI models, and hosting uses ISO 27001-certified servers. Plans range from free Basic to paid monthly, annual, and quarterly options.
