In their own words
Contractbook
Contractbook is a cloud-based platform for teams to create, collaborate on, sign, centralize, track, and connect contracts. Users can prepare drafts with information from CRM systems, forms, or other tools, then work from pre-approved templates. Collaboration includes approval workflows, suggestions, comments, and version history. Electronic signatures support signing order, identity verification, and two-factor signing; recipients can complete signing without a Contractbook account. Existing contracts can be bulk imported, scanned, organized, searched, and managed with permissions, with data extraction available. Contract information can generate deadline and renewal reminders and customizable tasks after signing. Contractbook advertises more than 3,000 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, Slack, Zapier, and Make.com. It states that it is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant and describes security measures including encryption and regular black-box penetration testing. A free plan and 14-day trial are available. Centralize is listed at $399 a month and Growth at $599 a month, both billed annually.
DraftRight
DraftRight is a UK-focused legal AI platform for disputes, contracts, and documents, offered through web and API access. Its Plan tool outlines legal issues, cites UK law, rates exposure, and suggests documents and next steps. The Agreement Builder extracts parties, agreed terms, obligations, and deadlines from a negotiation recording to draft a numbered UK agreement. Contract analysis reviews contracts, emails, or recordings, scores risks against UK standards, and links findings to legislation. Guided questions and UK templates support document generation with legislation references; documents can be exported as DOCX or PDF. Business workflows cover invoice scanning, bulk document generation, contract analysis, and HR document packs. Listed integrations or compatible outputs include Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel/CSV. Free access allows one watermarked document per month and three daily transcriptions limited to 10 minutes, but no AI credits. Paid plans range from £6.99 once to £5,000 a month. DraftRight says uploaded files are deleted within about 24 hours unless retained, and document text is encrypted at rest.
