Convene
Convene is a board portal and meeting management platform for running secure digital meetings. It supports agenda creation, digital board packs, approvals, e-signatures, action tracking, and audit trails. Participants can annotate and collaborate on documents, including during live meetings. Users can log in offline through the app to open previously downloaded documents and meeting files. Convene connects with Google Drive and OpenText Content Manager, and supports digital signature providers including DocuSign. Its Standard plan lists cloud-based and on-premise hosting options. Convene says documents are encrypted at rest with AES 256-bit encryption and network transmissions use RSA 2048-bit TLS encryption; its security page displays ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and AICPA certifications. Desktop downloads are listed for Windows and macOS, alongside web, iOS, and Android access. The product is paid, with no free plan; a free trial or demonstration can be requested through sales.
