In their own words
Conveyor
Conveyor is a knowledge management product for teams working with information across documents, apps, and the web. Its library connects existing sources, then uses an AI agent to audit, sync, and maintain knowledge. Named sources include Confluence, Google Drive, websites, and help centers. The Knowledge Librarian flags stale or conflicting answers and identifies knowledge gaps; Knowledge Explorer lets teams test AI responses in real time and inspect the source for each answer. Conveyor says answers include confidence scores and direct evidence links.
The broader platform is described as automating customer security reviews and RFP workflows. Its listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Front, and a public API. Conveyor says its AI Connector uses OAuth role-based access controls, scoped keys, and an audit trail. The Free plan offers 10 Trust Center credits per month but excludes questionnaire automation and integrations. Business starts at $9,600 a year; Enterprise pricing is custom and includes dedicated Conveyor Support.
Korra
Korra turns uploaded documents into AI-powered search portals where users can ask questions and receive answers grounded in those files. Its GLYPH engine can pair text with diagrams, schemas, process tables, and financial graphs. Answers include links to source material, with navigation to a particular data row or video second. Administrators can organize knowledge, create branded portals and filters, set response personas, and review FAQ question-and-answer pairs. Portals can be published as pages, widgets, or SDKs; Search and Dashboard APIs, streaming events, and configurable UI widgets support integration with existing portals and dashboards. Listed upload formats include DOC, DOCX, PPT, PDF, CSV, MP4, and MOV. Korra describes deployment in a customer VPC, on isolated on-premises servers, and on tablets, with containerized isolation and knowledge distribution for isolated stations. The FAQ says it complies with ISO, GDPR, SOC2, and CCPA standards. The free plan allows up to 100MB. Business and Business Plus include automatic cloud sync, while Enterprise supports up to 2TB; paid prices are available on request.
