In their own words
Conveyor
Conveyor is a knowledge management product for teams working with information across documents, apps, and the web. Its library connects existing sources, then uses an AI agent to audit, sync, and maintain knowledge. Named sources include Confluence, Google Drive, websites, and help centers. The Knowledge Librarian flags stale or conflicting answers and identifies knowledge gaps; Knowledge Explorer lets teams test AI responses in real time and inspect the source for each answer. Conveyor says answers include confidence scores and direct evidence links.
The broader platform is described as automating customer security reviews and RFP workflows. Its listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Front, and a public API. Conveyor says its AI Connector uses OAuth role-based access controls, scoped keys, and an audit trail. The Free plan offers 10 Trust Center credits per month but excludes questionnaire automation and integrations. Business starts at $9,600 a year; Enterprise pricing is custom and includes dedicated Conveyor Support.
RFPropel
RFPropel helps teams prepare responses to requests for proposals by parsing documents, recommending answers from a knowledge base, drafting tailored responses and assembling proposals. It supports RFPs in PDF, Word, Excel and portal-based formats. Suggested answer matches include confidence scores and source references. Teams can assign questions, monitor completion, manage approvals and retain version history, with Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations. Analytics track response time, content reuse, win/loss ratios and process bottlenecks. Other listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Drive, SharePoint and DocuSign; enterprise editions include custom API access. The Free plan lists 1,000 credits per month, up to 50 answer-library entries and two active RFP projects. Pro costs $19.99 a month and includes 10,000 monthly credits, AI drafting, CRM integration and win-rate analytics. Max costs $199.99 a month and adds 125,000 credits, SSO, advanced permissions, data residency options, custom integrations and priority support with SLA. The maker says workspaces are isolated and documents are not used to train AI models.
