Hyring is an AI video interviewer for teams that need to conduct candidate interviews asynchronously or live. It produces scored reports with supporting evidence; in live interviews, its AI selects follow-up questions in response to candidates. Recruiters can set scoring criteria and receive an overall score, skill ratings, a fit level, and a transcript. The product supports 11 interview languages, including English, Spanish, German, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Russian, and Polish. It can flag risks such as tab switching, screen sharing, identity or face checks, audio anomalies, and AI-generated or plagiarized answers.
