In their own words
Copado
Copado provides Salesforce DevOps tools for planning, version control, testing, and deployment through the software delivery lifecycle. Copado Essentials identifies Salesforce changes and helps users select, validate, and deploy them. It includes automated CI jobs, pipelines, work items, and rollback to earlier versions. Testing options include low-code robotic testing, and Essentials lists built-in approvals, merge conflict resolution, and static code analysis. Listed integrations include GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, and Azure DevOps, with additional ALM, QA, and security integrations also listed. Copado says it encrypts customer data in transit and at rest, maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications, and is FedRAMP authorized. Essentials Free allows up to 15 monthly deployments for one user and does not support shared deployments or teammate collaboration. Paid Essentials features are available in a free 21-day trial; those features turn off afterward unless the user subscribes. Copado describes Essentials as designed for small Salesforce teams and Enterprise as suited to teams ready to scale.
Devtron Release Orchestration
Devtron Release Orchestration is a Kubernetes-native control plane for managing builds, deployments, security and governance across microservices and AI/ML workloads. It coordinates releases across applications with semantic versioning, staged rollouts, approval routing, dependency awareness, promotion between environments and real-time tracking. Teams can configure CPU, memory, timeouts, node selectors and tolerations per application, use caching and build for AMD64 and ARM64. Devtron describes a GitOps workflow for EKS, GKE, AKS and on-premise clusters, with deployment history, audit trails and automatic failure recovery. Security controls include scanning code, images, manifests and runtime, along with policy enforcement, role-based access and pre-deployment validation. Teams can retain existing CI tools and use Devtron for deployment orchestration. The Freemium plan allows up to 50 vCPUs, 10 users and one cluster; connecting multiple clusters requires a paid plan. Freemium is free with community support, and paid plans start at $999 /mo. The SaaS managed option lists a 30-day trial.
