In their own words

Core+ Links

Core+ Links is a self-hosted WordPress plugin that finds and manages internal links using a local index of site content. In the Gutenberg block editor, its sidebar ranks possible destinations with eight weighted signals and shows match strength. You can revise anchor text, insert a suggestion in one click, or dismiss it. Keyword rules scan pages for matches that you review before applying. A change history can undo one edit, a complete run, or links created by a keyword rule. Reports identify orphan pages without inbound links and underlinked pages with fewer links than their importance calls for. Link Health flags links to unpublished, trashed, or missing pages, but does not inspect external URLs over HTTP. Indexing, ranking, auto-linking, and Link Health run on your server and database. The free plan is permanent and includes background indexing and scheduled reindexing. Requirements are WordPress 6.6+, PHP 7.4+, and Gutenberg. Upcoming Pro plans have no listed prices.

Link&Cluster

Link&Cluster is a self-hosted WordPress plugin for finding internal-link opportunities and organizing topical clusters. It highlights paragraphs where links to existing content may fit, and reports internal-link counts across posts with sorting and filtering. Clusters can use categories or custom taxonomies, with links inside those groups prioritized. The plugin can insert a related-posts box into other posts, and its design and wording can be customized. Starter is free at free and includes incoming internal-link counts, outgoing external-link counts and counts by category. Pro costs $44, paid once, billed as Buy once, with lifetime updates; it adds link opportunities, taxonomy counts, cluster assistance, one-click internal links and related-post boxes. Links embedded in Editor Mode are said to remain after uninstalling. Purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Installation involves uploading the plugin to WordPress’s wp-content/plugins directory and activating it. Paid support is listed through the WordPress.org forum. The WordPress.org listing says the plugin has not been tested with the latest three major WordPress releases.
