Corpmetrix PEACE is an employee listening and workforce analytics platform for collecting survey feedback, analyzing responses, and assigning follow-up work. Its PEACE framework measures Purpose, Empowerment, Achievement, Culture, and Evolvement. Programs include engagement, 360-degree feedback, onboarding, exit, pulse, culture diagnostic, custom survey, and leadership assessment surveys. Distribution channels include email, SMS, WhatsApp, QR code, SSO portal, kiosk, and offline paper. Authoring provides templates, reusable questions, multiple question types, branding, and conditional display logic. GPT-powered analysis identifies sentiment, topic clusters, and key phrases in Arabic and English open-text responses. Reporting offers live dashboards, hierarchy views, heatmaps, manager scorecards, and PDF, PPTX, and XLSX exports. Action Hub uses an Analyze, Commit, Track & Test workflow with two KPIs.
