CWILL Post-Purchase combines order tracking, returns and exchanges, and shipping protection for brands handling the experience after checkout. Branded tracking pages show real-time updates and can include product recommendations and review requests; the free tracking tier lists access to more than 1,600 carriers. Customers can use a self-service returns portal and choose an exchange or store credit before a refund. Merchants can offer optional shipping protection at checkout, and CWILL says claims can be resolved within 48 hours. The Order Tracking Professional plan lists Klaviyo, PayPal, and Gorgias integrations, plus developer APIs and webhooks. CWILL describes the product as built for Shopify and direct-to-consumer brands. It is available on web and through API access. Order Tracking Essential costs $11 a month for 200 credits, Professional costs $59 a month for 2,000 credits, and Enterprise costs $479 a month for 25,000 credits. The free Order Tracking plan has 20 monthly credits and becomes unavailable when they are exceeded.
