Track123 provides shipment tracking and management for cross-border sellers through web and API products. Its API connects to more than 1,700 global carriers through one integration, returning real-time shipment statuses, sub-statuses and exception events; webhooks can send updates. Carrier information is organized into 8 core statuses and 28 sub-statuses. The platform also offers visual logistics dashboards and transit-time optimization analysis. Its Shopify app includes branded tracking pages, order-status management, post-purchase email marketing, reports and PayPal tracking synchronization. Track123 lists more than 25 integrations. For API security, it describes HTTPS encryption, API-key authentication, IP allowlists and data masking; it also states that it is ISO 27001 certified and advertises a 99.99% uptime SLA and 24/7 technical and integration support.
