Cortex by JobDox is an operations platform for contractors that manages projects, crews, schedules, billing, and documents. CortexAI can build workflows, tasks, milestones, timelines, and dashboards from plain-language descriptions of a business or project. Cortex Copilot answers questions about jobs, finances, and crews, while AI insights flag budget risks and highlight profitable clients and job types. Other tools cover collaboration, documents and photos, time tracking, scheduling, task management, budgeting, equipment, and progress reports. JobDox lists restoration, construction, remodeling, roofing, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and home services as industries it serves. Restoration capabilities include drying logs, moisture mapping, and carrier documentation. The platform is available on web, Android, and iOS. Its 14-day trial requires no card, does not automatically convert to a paid subscription, and includes 200 Cortex Coins; paid plans include 750 Coins per four-week cycle. Essential starts at $550 a month, billed every 28 days, with a 12-month minimum and 1–10 users. Optional white-glove onboarding costs $1,000.
Loop Logics
Loop Logics is a cloud construction management platform for insurance builders, restoration companies, commercial builders and trade contractors in Australia and New Zealand. It connects work from claim intake to final settlement, bringing quoting, project delivery, field operations, compliance and financial reporting into one workflow. Schedules, documents, compliance records and stakeholder messages are centralized with real-time job visibility. Quotes can use pricebooks and damage-type templates, then become active jobs after approval. Completed scope items can produce insurer-ready invoices, with integrations for Xero, MYOB and NetSuite. The field app provides schedules, job details, forms, photos, notes and timesheets, including offline use, and requires an active account. The responsive platform runs on desktop, tablet and mobile through Android, iOS and web. Compliance covers SWMS, JSAs, inductions, sign-offs and QA with timestamped audit trails. Loop Logics says it supports multifactor authentication, Australian privacy requirements and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
