In their own words
CoSchedule
CoSchedule Social Calendar helps users create, schedule, publish, and measure social media activity from a calendar. It supports Bluesky, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mastodon, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Users can move scheduled items by dragging them on the calendar, organize social campaigns, and see their broader strategy. Built-in writing assistance can help compose social messages and optimize posting times. ReQueue can fill open schedule slots with selected messages or automate promotions. Analytics and reports cover the listed social platforms, and approval workflows and bulk scheduling are available. The Free Calendar plan allows up to 15 posts per profile. Starter costs $29 a month billed annually, with a $39/month monthly option, one user seat, three social profiles, and unlimited scheduling and publishing. The product is available on web, Android, iOS, and as a Chrome extension. Twitter/X profiles are not included in base plans and cost $16 per profile per month separately. CoSchedule says it provides solutions for marketers from solopreneurs to enterprise-level teams.
FlowQi
FlowQi combines CRM, projects, tasks, time tracking, resource planning, and invoicing in a web platform with API access. CRM records can hold client details, custom fields, notes, projects, tasks, and follow-up reminders. Projects can connect to clients or cover internal work, and teams can share tasks. Its maker describes Hummy as an AI agent that monitors work, flags risks, and suggests actions for approval. Users can connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor through MCP, with 1,000 monthly calls on Basic and 10,000 on Core. The Basic plan is free and includes unlimited users, contacts, organisations, projects, and tasks, plus 500 MB storage. Core costs €25 a month per user and includes Hummy AI, priority support, and 100 GB storage. Separate Billing and Time & Resources plans are also listed at €25 a month per user. FlowQi says deeper workflow automation is planned, and CRM email synchronization remains on its roadmap. It focuses first on digital agencies, with plans to expand to other service-led organisations.
