In their own words
CosmoLex
CosmoLex is cloud-based law practice management software for small and mid-sized firms. It brings matter management, trust and business accounting, time tracking, billing, payments, email and document management, tasks, and calendaring into one application. Emails, tasks, events, documents, billable items, and transactions are attached to their client matter. Each plan includes a secure client portal, and teams can use multiple accounts, role-based permissions, custom workflows, and real-time collaboration. Trust accounting includes three-way reconciliation and audit trails, alongside more than 100 real-time reports. Security provisions include SOC 2 Type 2 certification, encryption in transit and at rest, and SMS two-factor authentication. CosmoLex integrates with services including Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, and Zapier; Zapier connects it with over 4,000 applications. It runs on the web, Android, and iOS. Plans start at $49 a month per user. The 10-day trial requires no credit card, but has one bank-feed connection and excludes CRM and LexShare/LexSign add-ons.
