Each plan includes a secure client portal, and teams can use multiple accounts, role-based permissions, custom workflows, and real-time collaboration. Trust accounting includes three-way reconciliation and audit trails, alongside more than 100 real-time reports. Security provisions include SOC 2 Type 2 certification, encryption in transit and at rest, and SMS two-factor authentication. CosmoLex integrates with services including Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, and Zapier; Zapier connects it with over 4,000 applications. It runs on the web, Android, and iOS. Plans start at $49 a month per user. The 10-day trial requires no credit card, but has one bank-feed connection and excludes CRM and LexShare/LexSign add-ons.
