OfferPilot
OfferPilot is a free, open-source job-search workspace for individual job seekers. It tracks applications by company, role, and stage, while linking job descriptions and interview schedules. Users can manage resume versions and receive suggestions for application materials based on role requirements. Interview preparation includes practice questions from a resume and job description, mock interviews, AI follow-up questions, feedback, saved notes, and practice priorities. Compensation and benefits can be compared with custom criteria to support salary negotiations. Basic tracking works without AI; AI features require a model service selected by the user and may incur provider fees. Local deployment through Docker or source keeps business data on the user’s device, while AI materials go to the configured service. Mock-interview audio remains on the page, and optional offline Whisper downloads only when requested. OfferPilot defaults to confirmation for key record changes and does not submit applications or message recruiters automatically.
