Its accounting tools include a general ledger, bank reconciliation, budgeting, dashboards, accounts payable and receivable, and client billing. The optional Fund EZ Pro add-on includes a user-definable chart of accounts, custom reporting, batch entry, purchasing and indirect allocations. Bank activity can connect through Plaid, while emailed invoices can include Stripe payment links. Fund EZ Fundraising is available on its own or alongside Fund EZ Accounting to organize donors, gifts and pledges. The Hosted option provides managed cloud access, backups, upgrades and access from anywhere. Permissions govern access to accounting actions, and audit trails record changes. The software runs on Windows; Version 14 requirements specify Windows 10 or 11 and .NET 4.6 or later. Pricing is by custom quote, and software support is an extra cost required for the life of the product.
