In their own words
Coupa Accounts Payable
Coupa Accounts Payable automates invoice processing as part of Coupa’s spend management platform. Its invoicing tools handle capture, two-way and three-way purchase-order matching, exceptions, approvals, and accruals. Supplier payments, receipt capture, mileage reimbursement, and per diem support are also listed. Suppliers can submit invoices through the Coupa Supplier Portal, Supplier Actionable Notifications, cXML, or email and PDF, depending on buyer options. Third-party invoicing systems can create invoices and receive updates. APIs support creating, updating, or querying invoices tied to purchase orders, while approved invoices can be sent to ERP and other third-party systems. Coupa documents integration with Oracle E-Business Suite and Supplier Portal connections to QuickBooks Online or NetSuite. Those latter connections can use only one accounting platform at a time; switching platforms removes existing mapping information. The product runs on web, Android, and iOS, with API access. Pricing is on request.
Nanonets Accounts Payable Automation
Nanonets Accounts Payable Automation uses AI agents to handle accounts payable from invoice intake through payment runs, guided by supplier terms, tolerance tables, coding rules, and approval matrices. It can ingest vendor emails, PDFs, scanned paper, EDI feeds, and supplier portal documents without templates. The system supports two-way and three-way matching, business-rule-based GL coding, duplicate detection, and fraud checks. When a match has low confidence or a policy exception occurs, a reviewer receives the document, failed rule, and context; processing waits for a decision. After checks pass, validated data is posted to the ERP with an audit trail. Connectors are listed for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, alongside webhooks and REST support. Pricing is based on workflow block runs; the listed rates are $0.02 per simple operation run, $0.10 per standard AI run, and $0.30 per complex AI run. Each account starts with $50 in free credits, with no card required. Paid Starter usage is $100 a month for 100 credits. The product is available via API and web.
