In their own words

CourierManager

CourierManager combines dispatch, hub sorting, linehaul, COD settlement, partner routing, and customer tracking in one platform. It is built for courier operations handling 5,000 to 100,000 shipments per month, and one instance can support an own fleet, partner couriers, or both. Built-in integrations route shipments to more than 20 courier companies. Premade e-commerce plugins cover WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, and Shopify, while a documented API and webhooks support adding and tracking shipments. The Android mobile app includes route views, shipment scanning, pickup and delivery actions, barcode bulk operations, and Bluetooth printing. Customers can view real-time shipment status and download proof of delivery with an electronic signature, courier photos, and GPS coordinates. The company says hosting and backups are in EU countries and the service is GDPR compliant. Monthly billing is based on shipment volume, with allowances and per-piece charges for extra shipments rather than per-user or per-feature fees. The Starter plan costs €100 a month and includes 1,000 shipments, with €0.35 shipment. Its first-month trial provides the full platform at no cost.

DeliveryLinx

DeliveryLinx is a transportation management system for final-mile and freight contractors that subcontract routes. It parses stop or route files, maps ZIP codes to zones, applies customer and subcontractor rate cards, and produces invoices and vendor bills. An operations board tracks delivery and pickup completion, pending work, and exceptions across territories. Dispatchers can view drivers on a live map, see GPS trails, and spot route diversions. Drivers can capture GPS, photos, and signatures by phone, generating branded proof-of-delivery and pickup documents. A vendor portal tracks subcontractor documents and expiry dates, sends renewal reminders, and can hold payments if required paperwork lapses. Freight tools cover LTL, FTL, linehaul, and heavy-haul loads. The Scale plan includes NetSuite integration for invoice and bill push and AR/AP sync. Web, iOS, and Android platforms are listed, though native driver apps are in beta. Starter costs $269 a month billed annually ($3228/yr); Pro is $479 a month billed annually ($5748/yr); Scale is $779 a month billed annually ($9348/yr). A free trial is available, with no duration stated.
