In their own words
CourtDrive
CourtDrive is a cloud-based court management system for federal and state eNotices, calendaring, integrations, and filing-record workflows. It can distribute eNotices to case teams, save them to designated systems or drives, and expose them through CourtAPI. Its AI Docketing Assistant tracks court dates and legal deadlines using a human-in-the-loop process. Calendar Rules and Clio Court Rules integrations calculate deadlines from court rules, and events can be added to Outlook and Google Calendar. The service connects directly to PACER and local courts through one interface and supports all PACER queries. PDFs become searchable text for Boolean keyword searching without per-search charges. No-code connections include document storage, practice management, and calendar products; APIs and webhooks offer programmatic access to dockets, claims, and PDFs. Android and iOS apps provide full functionality. Basic is listed at $35 a month, with Pro at $70 a month and Elite at $140 a month. Published pricing is for new law-firm customers with 16 or fewer attorneys; larger firms need an enterprise license.
LitDocket
LitDocket is legal docketing software that combines rules-based deadline calculations with AI analysis of uploaded documents. It extracts dates, parties, and deadlines for attorney review; AI-generated deadlines must be verified before activation. A trigger event can create more than 50 dependent deadlines, and updates cascade through that chain. The system covers federal rules and state courts in 14 jurisdictions, with citations and calculation methods available for each deadline. A priority-coded calendar, configurable alerts, and a morning dashboard surface urgent and overdue work. Teams can share cases with role-based access and see who is viewing a case; exports are available in CSV, JSON, and iCal. It runs on the web, through an API, or as a self-hosted deployment. The free tier becomes read-only after its 14-day trial if you do not subscribe. Solo costs $49 a month and is capped at 25 active cases; Team costs $149 a month and includes unlimited active cases for up to five members.
