In their own words
CoverageBook
CoverageBook is an online PR reporting tool for agencies and in-house public relations teams. Users add links to online articles and social posts or upload print clippings, video or audio files, and custom slides. For supported coverage, it gathers screenshots, Estimated Views, social shares and outlet audience statistics. Reports can be shared online or exported as PDFs or CSV/Excel files. Supported link sources include YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch, Spotify, Facebook, LinkedIn and online news articles. Print and broadcast items can have custom metrics, but those metrics are not sourced automatically. CoverageBook does not monitor coverage or alert users; users select items and add them to reports. Bronze costs $99 a month, cancellable at any time, and allows 100 clips per month and up to 5 users. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. The service was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Brighton, United Kingdom.

Kantar describes PRgloo as a cloud-based CRM for managing, recording, and analysing media relations with journalists and influencers. The platform is available on the web, Android, and iOS. Support options include email or help desk, phone, and chat; training includes in-person and live online sessions, webinars, documentation, and videos. A 2022 service contract describes GDPR processor commitments covering confidentiality and security measures under Article 32. PRgloo has no free plan, but offers a free trial. Pricing is available on request; the Basic plan is $3,500 a year, billed per user, per year.
