In their own words
Loka
Loka is a workspace management platform for coworking spaces, business centres, and office buildings. It combines leases and contracts, automated billing, tenant management, desk and room bookings, floor plans, and access control. Members can book desks or rooms from interactive floor plans, with recurring bookings, capacity rules, and schedules designed to avoid conflicts. A searchable CRM brings member profiles, plans, billing history, attendance, and notes together. Loka describes AI features that suggest member introductions, adjust prices to demand, and flag at-risk members for retention offers. The branded member app uses an operator’s logo and colors; iOS is available, while the business page says Android is coming shortly. Billing integrations include Stripe, PayPal, and more than 20 regional payment gateways. Developers can use REST endpoints, webhooks, and official JavaScript, Python, Go, and Rust SDKs. Plans are priced per location by rentable-room count, without per-user fees or feature gates stated on the business page. Starter costs 599,000 UZS a month for up to 20 rentable rooms, and a 14-day trial is available. Loka is headquartered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
