In their own words
CrashPlan for Business
CrashPlan for Business backs up business data automatically across endpoints, servers, and supported SaaS applications, then lets users restore files by version, device, or timeframe. It is presented for small and midsize businesses, including remote or hybrid teams and small IT groups. Endpoint subscriptions include unlimited storage; Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace include 50 GB per user pooled across the account, while each purchased server includes 250 GB. Microsoft coverage includes Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive; Google Workspace coverage includes Gmail and Google Drive. CrashPlan lists AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, per-user encryption keys, immutable backups, and optional two-factor authentication. Deleted endpoint files are retained for a maximum of 90 days; retention for deleted SaaS and server files is customizable. Plans are priced by product and term: annual rates include $44 a year for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, $88 a year for endpoints, and $189 a year for servers. A fully functional 14-day trial covers endpoint, server, and SaaS backup, and signup requires a credit card.
